Required products :
2 teaspoons sugar
100 grams butter
120 grams dark chocolate
2 teaspoons flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon fresh milk
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
100 grams chocolate glaze
Method of preparation :
Preheat oven to 190 degrees.
Mix the sugar with the chocolate in a saucepan, add the butter and 1 teaspoon of water. Put the pan on medium heat and heat the mixture until smooth, then allow to cool.
Pour the flour into a bowl, add soda, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl, pour the milk and vinegar.
Grease a cake pan with butter and sprinkle with a little flour (or use silicone).
When the chocolate mass has cooled a bit, add the milk and eggs. Start adding the dry mixture gradually in portions, stirring thoroughly after pouring each (do not stir too long).
Finally, add the vanilla and pour the resulting dough into the prepared form.
Bake in a preheated oven for 30-35 minutes (check readiness with a toothpick).
Let the cake rest for 10 minutes in the form and then remove. Allow it to cool completely and cover with the chocolate glaze that you have prepared according to the instructions on the package.
Decorate as desired and serve.
