Required products :

6-8 chocolate eggs
150 grams cream cheese
30 grams powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
125 milliliters high-fat liquid cream

For the yolks:

2 teaspoons orange juice
1 tablespoon apricot jam
1 tablespoon butter

Method of preparation :

Mix the cream cheese with the powdered sugar, add the vanilla and lemon juice. Beat with a mixer at maximum speed until a uniform airy consistency is obtained.

In a separate bowl, beat the cream with a mixer and add it to the resulting sweet mixture. Stir and fill a pastry syringe with cream.

Mix the apricot jam with the orange juice and butter. Place on the hob until the latter melts (stir constantly). Then let the "yolk" cool completely.

Carefully divide the chocolate eggs into two parts along the contour. Fill each half with white cream, then make a dent (about 1 cm deep) in the middle and put the "sweet yolk" there.

Put the dessert in the refrigerator for at least half an hour. Remove it 10 minutes before serving.
