Required products (for 4 servings) :

250 grams of chocolate (but not milk)
3 eggs
60 grams of sugar
60 grams of flour
70 grams of butter at room temperature
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 teaspoons cocoa powder
1-2 teaspoons rum or cognac

4 molds with a capacity of not more than 200 milliliters. If you do not have them, you can use metal muffin tins "

Preheat oven to 220 degrees.

Method of preparation :

Melt the chocolate in a water bath and leave to cool.

Beat the butter with the sugar (maybe with a fork), add the eggs (pre-mixed), flour, vanilla extract and mix thoroughly.
Mix with the cooled already melted chocolate, add cocoa powder for a more saturated color and a little rum or cognac. Stir until smooth.

Distribute it in the prepared molds, which you have previously greased with oil. Let the mixture occupy no more than half of the dishes.

Bake the dessert for 12-14 minutes. If your shapes are small, 7-9 minutes are enough.

You can determine the readiness by the appearance of the fondant - it must be inflated and the surface toasted.

You should immediately remove it from the oven at this point, and a minute later from the dish, using a sharp knife, which you pass between the dessert and the walls of the molds.

Enjoy your meal!
