How To Cook Chocolate Futsch With Raspberries - Recipe

Required products :

  • 240 grams of dark chocolate for cooking
  • 385 grams of powdered sugar
  • 250 grams of unsalted butter
  • 1 1/4 tea cup fresh milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon walnut oil
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 45 grams of cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 265 grams of flour
  • 2 tablespoons coffee beans / optional /

For the glaze :

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chocolate ganache

For garnish :

  • fresh raspberries

Method of preparation :

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (or 160 degrees with a fan function).
  • Grease a round pan with a removable bottom and approximately 23 cm in size and cover it with baking paper.
  • Mix the sugar, butter, half of the milk and chocolate in a saucepan over low heat.
  • Stir until the butter and chocolate are melted and the sugar is dissolved, being careful not to boil the mixture.
  • Pour it into a bowl and add the walnut oil and the rest of the milk.
  • Add the eggs and stir enough to combine with the other ingredients.
  • Sift the cocoa, baking powder, flour and coffee directly into the bowl. Stir until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into the form and bake for about 1 hour and 10 minutes or until the marsh is fully cooked.
  • Remove the hoop of the form and transfer the cake to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Spread the chocolate ganache on top and on the sides and use a teaspoon to form light tops.
  • Cut the cake, garnish with fresh raspberries and serve with a smile.
