Required products :

  • 200 milliliters of cream, full-fat
  • 340 grams of dark chocolate, crushed

Method of preparation :

  • Heat the cream in a pan over medium heat and when it boils, remove from the heat.
  • Add the crushed dark chocolate, stir and heat the mixture, but this time over low heat.
  • Stir constantly until you get a smooth and shiny cream.
  • Allow the chocolate ganache to cool completely before using it as the perfect icing - for cakes, cupcakes, truffles and anything else you can think of.

Note!

You could use dark, milk or white chocolate. Add crushed nuts, liqueur or various extracts - a matter of imagination and preferred taste.
