How To Cook Chocolate Halva Cake With Almond Flour - Recipe

Required products :

  • 6 proteins
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 500 grams of halva, cut into cubes
  • 150 grams of chopped dates
  • peel of 2 oranges, finely grated
  • 120 grams of chopped dark chocolate
  • 1/4 tea cup of brandy
  • 2 tablespoons edible rose petals, crushed pistachios and pomegranate (for decoration)
  • mint

for the glaze:

  • 100 milliliters of cream
  • 150 grams of dark chocolate

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 170 degrees. Grease a baking tray with a diameter of 24 centimeters and cover the bottom with baking paper.

Beat the egg whites with a mixer until creamy, start adding the sugar spoon by spoon, stirring constantly, until soft peaks and until the mixture is shiny.

Add the almond flour, halva, chickpeas, orange peel and chocolate and stir.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes.

While the marsh is warm, pierce it with a stick and pour brandy.

For the glaze, melt the chocolate in the cream, combining them and place in a water bath. Remove from the heat and leave for 20 minutes to cool the ganasha.

Pour the glaze over the cold tray and decorate.
