Required products :
500 grams of finished chocolate cream
4 ripe bananas
1/2 teaspoon honey
8 teaspoons chocolate syrup
1 1/2 teaspoons crushed biscuits
5 tablespoons peanut butter
Method of preparation :
Mix the biscuits with half the honey, add the peanut butter and mix thoroughly.
Distribute the combination evenly on the bottom and walls of a 22 cm diameter mold.
Peel a banana, grate it and squeeze the juice. Pour into a pan, add the remaining honey and put the pan on low heat until the mixture thickens (about 6 minutes) with frequent stirring. Then wait for the puree to cool completely.
Beat the chocolate cream with a mixer until smooth, add the banana mixture and spread the resulting dessert on the finished base.
Cover the dish with a lid and freeze the cake for 4 hours.
When you take it out of the freezer, pour chocolate syrup and decorate with small balls made of banana.
