Necessary products:
300 ml cream
3 proteins
80 g powdered sugar
100 g of granulated sugar
0.3 tsp vanilla sugar
50 g chocolate
1/2 lemon
Method of preparation:
Break half of the chocolate into pieces, put the cream to boil with granulated sugar and vanilla for 20 minutes on low heat. Then add the chocolate and leave on the stove for another 10 minutes. Cool and beat. Grate the remaining chocolate and put it in the bowl with the cream. Beat the egg whites with the powdered sugar and the juice of half a lemon, mix with the cream and stir. Transfer the mixture to a suitable container and place in the freezer for 3 hours. Then remove, beat with a mixer and return to the cold for another 3 hours.
