How To Cook Chocolate Icing For Your Favorite Pastries - Recipe

Necessary products:

  • 100 grams of powdered sugar
  • 2 - 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 5 tablespoons fresh milk
  • 1.5 tablespoons softened butter
  • pinch of vanilla (optional)

Method of preparation:

Mix powdered sugar with cocoa powder, add warm milk, softened butter and vanilla if desired. Mix everything very well and you will get a beautiful shiny glaze. As it hardens quickly, it is good to prepare it when the cupcake, cake or cake is ready. If you still allow it to harden too much or this happens immediately after making, add a little more butter or milk.
