Necessary products:

 

for the marshes

  • 500 grams of white flour
  • 20 grams of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon cream
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 5 grams of vanilla powder

for decoration and cream

  • 200 grams of soft butter
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 400 grams of liquid chocolate
  • 200 milliliters of confectionery cream
  • 50 milliliters of liquid cream
  • 100 grams of crushed dark chocolate
  • fresh strawberries for decoration

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. In another bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar, pour the cream, vegetable oil and vanilla. Stir and combine the two mixtures. Divide the dough into three equal parts and place them in equal trays or baking tins.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the tops for 35-40 minutes. Cool and set aside. Prepare the first cream by mixing the butter with the cocoa and stirring until it is evenly colored. Take the first sheet, smear its surface, cover with the second, glaze again and finish with the third. Carefully apply the remaining butter cream on the walls and surface of the cake, smooth with a spatula.

Pour the cream into a bowl, put the liquid chocolate and beat until smooth. Repeat the surface and sides of the dessert with the resulting cream, and put the rest in a syringe. Decorate with floral elements of your choice. Heat the liquid cream and add the crushed chocolate to it.

Stir until melted and cool. Glaze the cake with the chocolate sauce, garnish with fresh strawberries and refrigerate for an hour. Cut, serve in plates and enjoy its delicate taste.
