Required products :

225 grams broken into pieces of chocolate
140 grams of butter
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
2 eggs + 2 yolks
6 tablespoons flour
ice cream optional


Method of preparation :

Turn on the oven to preheat to 220 degrees.

Grease the inside of 4 cupcake tins with oil and place them in a pan.

Melt the chocolate in a bowl, mix with the butter and stir until smooth.

Add the powdered sugar and stir.

Followed by eggs and both yolks, beat until all products are mixed very well.

Then add the flour, vanilla sugar and beat again.

Distribute the dough evenly in the prepared 4 molds.

Bake the dessert in the preheated oven for 12-13 minutes, until a crust forms on the edges. The inside should remain slightly liquid.

Let cool slightly, separate with a knife from the walls of the molds and turn over on a plate.

You can serve with a scoop of ice cream.
