How To Cook Chocolate Liqueur With Cognac And Coconut Milk - Recipe

Required products :

3 egg yolks
500 milliliters of coconut milk
60 grams of dark chocolate
1 tablespoon of instant coffee
50 milliliters of water
50 grams of sugar
50 milliliters of liquid cream with a fat content of 33%
200 milliliters of cognac

 

Method of preparation :

Mix the coffee with 1 tablespoon of sugar, pour boiling water.

Dissolve the chocolate in 150 milliliters of warm coconut milk over low heat, then pour the liquid over the coffee.

Beat the yolks with the remaining sugar and add in a thin stream to the combination of coffee and chocolate, which you put in a water bath. Beat everything for 3 minutes.

When you remove from the heat, wait for the mixture to cool and then pour the cognac.

Whip the cream to a froth, add to the drink and stir.

Pour into a beautiful bottle and store in the refrigerator. While the liqueur is cold, it will be thick and at room temperature will acquire a liquid consistency.

Serve it with a glass of coconut milk separately.
