How To Cook Chocolate Liqueur With Cognac And Condensed Milk - Recipe

Required products :

350 milliliters of cognac
400 grams of condensed milk
300 milliliters of high-fat liquid cream (about 20%)
100 grams of dark chocolate
10 grams of vanilla sugar

Method of preparation :

Melt the chocolate in a water bath and cool.
Whip the cream (chilled) with the vanilla sugar until lightly foamy.
Then start pouring the condensed milk gradually, then the melted chocolate and finally the cognac.
Beat again and pour the liquid into a bottle. Leave for 3 days in a cool place, then serve or refrigerate.
