Required products :

100 grams of cocoa powder

800 milliliters of alcohol (vodka or other)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla sugar

 

For syrup:

600 grams of sugar

300 milliliters of fresh milk

300 milliliters of water

 

Method of preparation is:

Prepare a glass bottle. Pour cocoa, vanilla sugar, alcohol into it and let the mixture stand for 5-6 days, stirring daily. Then strain the liquid.

Make syrup. Bring the water to a boil and then add the sugar in portions, stirring constantly. Let the syrup boil for 10 minutes. Foam will form on its surface, which you can remove with an ordinary or slotted spoon. Add the milk, pouring it in a thin stream. Do not stop stirring and after 3 minutes of cooking, remove the pan from the heat. Allow to cool.

When this happens, pour it over the alcohol and store the bottle in a cool place for 14 days.

Followed by filtration and another 14 days in the cold.

The liqueur is ready, store in a cool place.
