Required products :
100 grams of cocoa powder
800 vodka (or other alcohol)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla sugar
600 grams of white sugar
300 milliliters of fresh milk
300 milliliters of water
Method of preparation :
Take a suitable container, such as a bottle, but not a plastic one or a jar. In it mix cocoa, vanilla sugar, vodka and leave for 5-6 days. Stir every day. Then strain the liquid with gauze.
Make the syrup. Bring the water to a boil and add the sugar in small portions without rushing. Be sure to stir constantly. Boil the syrup for 10 minutes. Foam will form, which you remove with a spoon (ordinary or lattice). Then add the milk, pouring it in a thin stream, without stopping to cook all the time and stirring constantly for 3 minutes. Allow the syrup to cool. Then mix it with the infusion and leave in a cool place for 14 days. After these two weeks, filter the liqueur and leave it to cool for as long.
The drink is ready. Store in the refrigerator.
