Required products :

  • 1/2 teaspoon butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon crystal sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 1/4 tea cup cocoa
  • 220 grams of dark chocolate drops
  • 220 grams of milk chocolate drops

Method of preparation :

Leave the dough at room temperature until soft, then beat it with a mixer for 30 seconds, add sugar and salt. Once combined, add the yolk and mint extract.

Add the flour and cocoa. Pour the dough on foil and form a tight roll, which you wrap in foil. Cool for 2 hours until firm.

Cut into thin slices (about 5-6 millimeters) and arrange them in a tray lined with baking paper. Bake at 190 degrees for about 7-8 minutes. Cool the cookies on a wire rack.

Melt the two types of chocolate and mix them together, dip the cookies in the chocolate and leave to set on parchment paper. Serve with a favorite drink.
