Required products :

  • 150 milliliters of cream with medium fat
  • 150 grams of nonfat cottage cheese
  • 300 grams of chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon cognac
  • 2 teaspoons dried mint

Method of preparation :

Break 100 grams of chocolate, put it in a bowl and melt in a water bath. Add cognac, mint and stir.

Beat the curd (chilled) with the mixer, add the cream (also cold) and then the slightly cooled chocolate mixture.

Distribute the mousse in suitable molds, bowls or cups and store in the refrigerator for an hour.

Use the rest of the chocolate to decorate the finished dessert.
