In a metal bowl, crush the chocolate and mix it with the butter. Melt in a water bath and cool. Whip the cream and combine with the first mixture.
Stir until the products are homogeneous. Pour one tablespoon into dessert cups, sprinkle with chopped fresh mint and crushed caramel.
Continue the line in the same way as you finish with the cream. Cool the mousses for an hour, decorate with chocolate balls and fresh mint leaves. Serve and enjoy.
