Necessary products:
- 1 teaspoon dates
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon liquid caramel
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 40 grams of coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- pinch of salt
- 100 grams of dark chocolate
- raw pumpkin seeds for decoration
Method of preparation:
Peel the dates and put them in a blender. Add the pumpkin puree, coconut milk, and butter, caramel, vanilla, and salt. Beat until smooth and set aside.
Melt the chocolate, spread some of it on the bottom of cupcake tins, and garnish with a sliced piece of pumpkin filling.
Cover with more chocolate, sprinkle with pumpkin seeds, and refrigerate for an hour. Arrange on a plate and serve the desserts.
