How To Cook Chocolate Muffins With Vanilla Cream Mascarpone - Recipe

Necessary products

For the dough:

  • 200 grams of chocolate
  • 30 grams of butter
  • 240 grams of flour
  • 260 grams of sugar
  • 150 grams of natural yogurt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2-3 teaspoons of baking soda or baking powder

For cream:

  • 30 grams of mascarpone (or other cream cheese)
  • 20 grams of cottage cheese
  • 1 packet of vanilla
  • 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • jam to your taste for decoration

Method of preparation :

Melt the chocolate with the butter in a water bath. Mix the yogurt with the sugar and eggs.

Add soda or baking powder with a pinch of salt to the flour.

Pour the dry ingredients into the liquid ones, then add the chocolate mass and stir.

Divide the dough into greased and floured muffin tins (you can use paper ones). Do not fill them up, because they will swell.

Bake them in the oven at 190 degrees for about 30 minutes.

When they are ready, leave to cool and cut off the top, which you can use for decoration.

Make a cream by mixing the mascarpone with the powdered sugar and then carefully mix with the cottage cheese and vanilla.

Spread the cream on the cupcakes and pour over your favorite jam (or garnish with fresh fruit).
