Required products :

250 grams of natural chocolate

150 grams of walnuts

150 grams of hazelnuts

150 grams of almonds

150 grams of butter

150 grams of granulated sugar

7 eggs

 

For decoration:

melted white or dark chocolate, chocolate or other glaze

nuts

 

Method of preparation :

Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Beat the softened butter with the sugar, adding the yolks one by one.

 

Cut the chocolate into small pieces.

 

Mix the nuts, grind some of them finely, and the rest - in larger pieces.

Add the chocolate and nuts to the butter, mix well.

 

Add the beaten egg whites and mix thoroughly again with a wooden spatula.

 

Use a detachable form, the bottom and walls of which you can cover with baking paper if you wish. Pour the dough into it, place the cake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees, reduce the temperature to 160 degrees and let the cake bake for 30-40 minutes.

 

When ready, remove to cool on a wire rack.

Cover with icing of your choice or just with melted chocolate, decorate with whole or crushed nuts.
