How To Cook Chocolate Nutella Cake With Two Ingredients - Recipe

Required products :

  • 4 large eggs, with separated yolks of whites
  • 250 grams of liquid Nutella chocolate, melted in a water bath

Method of preparation :

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and cover with baking paper a round shape measuring about 20 centimeters.
  • Beat the yolks and melted liquid chocolate in a large bowl.
  • Wash and dry the mixer stirrers.
  • In another bowl, whisk the egg whites until the stirrers begin to form hard peaks.
  • Add 1/3 of the egg whites to the chocolate mixture and mix with a spatula, making top-down movements.
  • Add the remaining egg whites and stir again to mix.
  • Pour the "dough" into the prepared form and bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean from the center of the cake.
  • Allow the cake to cool completely before transferring to a tray.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar or cocoa, cut and serve.
