Required products :

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 50 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 1.5 tablespoons butter
  • powdered sugar for sprinkling
  • 1 banana

Method of preparation :

Pour the cold milk into a bowl, dissolve the cocoa in it. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, add the sugar and beat again with a wire until the crystals dissolve.

Combine cocoa and egg mixtures, mix until smooth.

Cut the banana into circles about 3-4 millimeters thick.

Melt the butter in a hot pan, pour half of the mixture. When the bottom is firm, immediately arrange the fruit pieces in the middle of the surface and close both ends to the center, forming a roll, which you move to the middle of the pan. Leave one end of the omelette slightly unmoved.

Pour half of the remaining mixture into the bowl so that some of it goes under the omelet. When the new omelette is firm, roll it up again, leaving a free "tail". Pour the last mixture, do the same as with the previous one, but this time roll the roll completely.

Turn it upside down and leave for a few more minutes in the pan.

Remove to a plate, chop, sprinkle with powdered sugar and decorate with fresh fruit of your choice and mint leaves.

Enjoy!
