Place parchment paper on a tray.

Grind the oreo biscuits into crumbs. Homogenize with a fork the ground biscuits and the soft cream cheese. Make small balls and arrange them on parchment paper. Freeze for 20 minutes.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath. To make the candies more interesting, use several types of chocolate, such as white, black and plain. Take the balls out of the freezer and dip them in the melted chocolate using a spoon. Put back on the parchment paper and cool until the chocolate hardens.

You can decorate with a syringe and melted chocolate and decorate with crushed biscuits or other decorations from the above. Then cool again until firm.

* You can use peanut butter, different types of biscuits or biscuit dough instead of oreo. Add aromatic essences such as lemon, mint, ginger, orange or vanilla to get an even more pleasant taste and aroma.
