Method of preparation :
Make standard pancake batter and bake.
Prepare the filling by mixing the ground walnuts with the milk and sugar, bring the combination to a boil and add a little rum or cognac, raisins, grated lemon peel. Mix everything well.
Make a cream from the products for him. Put the milk on the stove, add the sugar and chocolate, stir until melted. Beat the yolks and add them to the milk, stirring constantly. Add the flour. When the cream thickens, remove from the heat.
Arrange the cake in a baking dish, greased with butter, in the following sequence: pancake smeared with jam, pancake with walnut filling on top, followed by pancake with chocolate cream and continue in this order ...
