Necessary products
For the pancakes:
200 milliliters of warm milk
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon flour
3 tablespoons cocoa
2 tablespoons sugar
30 grams butter
For the stuffing:
100 grams of milk chocolate
250 grams of mascarpone
2-3 bananas
For decoration:
50 grams of dark chocolate
Method of preparation :
Beat the egg with the sugar using a mixer. Then pour the milk, add cocoa powder and flour. Beat everything until smooth, the dough should acquire a deep brown color. Leave it for 15 minutes and then bake thin pancakes from it. Grease each of them with oil.
Peel the bananas, cut them into large pieces, melt the milk chocolate in a water bath.
Spread the pancakes with chocolate, then with the Mascarpone and put a piece of banana on each. Roll up, forming rolls, which you press to get thick. Put them in the refrigerator for 2 hours. When cool, cut into pieces, arrange on a plate and pour with melted dark chocolate.
