Pour the milk into the melted chocolate in a water bath and mix well. You can mix half of the milk with the chocolate and place the bowl in the microwave for 1-2 minutes on low power (the chocolate melts quickly). Then pour the remaining milk and mix until smooth.
Pour the chocolate-milk mixture, cognac and melted butter into a thin stream of sifted flour.
Beat the eggs together with the powdered sugar and a pinch of salt until they become a fluffy foam, which you pour into the dough. Its consistency will resemble liquid cream. It is good to stand for a while before making the pancakes.
Bake them in the standard way - in a well-heated and greased pan.
You can serve them with sour cream or whipped cream, with fruit of your choice, but we suggest you prepare a gentle cream that combines the taste of cottage cheese and bananas.
To do this, grind the curd with powdered sugar and add pre-peeled and mashed banana. If necessary, add a tablespoon of sour cream to obtain a creamy consistency.
Spread the pancakes evenly with this delicious combination and roll them into rolls.
If desired, you can cut in two diagonally.
