Required products :

  • 170-180 milliliters of high-fat liquid cream (33-35%)
  • 1/2 tablespoon grated lemon peel
  • 50 grams of dark chocolate
  • 1 1/2 sachets of gelatin

Method of preparation :

Pour gelatin with 250 milliliters of water and allow to swell.
Grate the lemon zest.


You can grate, melt or break the chocolate into small pieces.


Pour the cream into a saucepan and place on a hot plate over medium heat. When it boils, add the lemon zest and remove from the heat.

 

Then add the chocolate and mix well. Put gelatin in the mixture, stir again until it dissolves.
Distribute the combination in bowls or other suitable molds and store in the refrigerator for a few hours.

To remove the dessert from the cups, immerse them for 10 seconds in a bowl of hot water and turn over on a plate.

Decorate of your choice and submit.
