Required products :

  • 3/4 tea cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1.5 tablespoons cocoa
  • 115 grams of butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon fresh milk

 

For the glaze:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 3 tablespoons condensed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar

 

Method of preparation :

Grease a suitable form with oil.

Mix the flour and cocoa, add salt. In a separate bowl, beat the butter with the sugar and milk, gradually add the eggs.

Combine the two mixtures and mix thoroughly.

Pour the resulting dough into the prepared form and bake at 190 degrees for about 35 minutes until the loaf becomes elastic in the middle.

Allow to cool without removing from the pan.

Meanwhile, make the glaze.

Melt the butter, add the cocoa and let the mixture cook on low heat for a minute. Remove from the heat, add the condensed milk and powdered sugar.

The glaze is ready. Spread the dessert with it. When the coating hardens, cut the cake into pieces and serve.
