Required products :

100 grams of butter and a little to spread the form

100 grams of dark chocolate (over 60% cocoa)

2 eggs

2 teaspoons sugar

2 tablespoons vanilla sugar

2.5 teaspoons flour

For the chocolate filling:

100 grams of dark chocolate (over 60%) cocoa

150 milliliters of the thickest cream possible

For decoration:

fresh fruit of your choice or according to the season

Method of preparation :

Beat the eggs with both types of sugar until white. Melt the butter in a suitable bowl and add the chocolate, broken into small pieces. Let the latter melt. Combine the egg and chocolate mixtures, mix until smooth and then add the sifted flour. Stir.

Grease a detachable form with oil, pour the dough into it and place in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for about 20 - 25 minutes. Then remove to a wire rack and leave for half an hour to cool.

Remove the "ring" of the dish and transfer the marshmallows to a suitable tray.

Cut the chocolate to cover into small pieces. Put the cream on the stove before it boils, remove from the heat and pour the chocolate into it.

Stir until melted. When it cools, pour the pie and put it in the fridge so that the filling can harden.

Garnish with pieces of fresh fruit and serve.

Enjoy your meal!
