Pour into a deep bowl the rice flour, soda, cocoa, sugar and add a pinch of salt. Mix the dry ingredients and then pour the oil, beat the eggs, add the soft butter (you can cut it into cubes or grate it). Then pour the boiling water, stirring constantly with a fork.
Pour a spoonful of vinegar and continue to stir. In the beginning there will be lumps in the dough, which will gradually disappear and the mixture will become smooth.
Add the wheat flour, mix again and pour the finished dough into a pan on a sheet of greased parchment. Spread the blackcurrants on the surface and bake at 170 degrees for about 40-45 minutes.
When you take it out of the oven, remove the paper and make the glaze.
Put the butter in a bowl, pour in the milk and pour in the sugar. Place the dish in the microwave or melt the products in a water bath. Once the consistency is uniform and liquid, gradually pour cocoa powder into it, adjusting the density of the glaze. It should be neither too liquid nor too liquid.
Apply the delicious coating on the surface and sides of the cake, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
