Required products :

100 grams of flour
100 grams of dark chocolate
100 grams of sugar + 1 more tablespoon
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
250 milliliters of liquid cream with a fat content of 35%
4 eggs
juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
4 bananas

Method of preparation :

Beat the eggs with 100 grams of sugar and lemon zest until light foam. Add the flour, cocoa and mix everything thoroughly. Pour the finished dough into a pan, the bottom of which you have previously covered with parchment and greased with oil. Place in the oven for 8 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Remove the baked loaf on a towel and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of sugar. Roll up a roll and leave it to cool.

Cut the chocolate into small pieces, beat the cream until stiff, and peel and puree the bananas together with the lemon juice using a blender. Then mix the products prepared in this way.
