80 grams of cocoa powder
6 eggs
250 grams of whipped cream
10 grams of flour
30 grams of sugar
 
For cream:
 
120 grams of butter

50 grams of sugar
chopped nuts of 15 walnuts
 
 
Method of preparation :
 
First make the roll. Separate the egg whites and yolks, beat the egg whites until stiff foam.
