Necessary products:

  • 2 packs of plain biscuits
  • 160 milliliters of water
  • 125 grams of butter
  • 80 grams of powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 100 grams of coconut flour

Method of preparation:

Break the biscuits and add the cocoa to them. Pour the honey into the water and warm until dissolved. Then add the biscuits and knead the dough, which you divide into two parts. Roll separately on 35/20 cm paper. Beat the butter and sugar very well and add the coconut flour. ½ spread the mixture on the biscuit dough and roll it up. Prepare the other part in the same way and place the rolls in a tray.

Glaze:

Boil the milk, cocoa, sugar and flour. Add the butter. Mix everything very well and pour the rolls.
