Required products :

  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 200 grams of dark chocolate
  • 60 milliliters of hot water
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee
  • 4 eggs, with separated egg yolks
  • 110 grams of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon hot water
  • 300 milliliters of whole cream
  • 2 tablespoons Kalua liqueur / or other liqueur with coffee aroma /
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar

Method of preparation :

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  • Grease a 25/30 cm tray and cover the bottom with baking paper.
  • Cut another sheet of paper of the same size, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar and set aside.
  • Mix the chocolate, water and 1/2 of the instant coffee in a large heat-resistant bowl.
  • Heat them in a water bath and stir until smooth. Remove from the heat.
  • Beat the yolks with the powdered sugar for 2-3 minutes until thick cream.
  • Gradually add it to the chocolate mixture and stir.
  • Beat the egg whites in the snow and also add them to the main mixture.
  • Pour the dough into the prepared pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Turn the marshmallows on the baking paper sprinkled with powdered sugar and remove the sheet on which it is baked.
  • Cut the uneven edges with a sharp knife, cover with a clean cotton cloth and allow the marsh to cool.
  • Mix the remaining coffee and 1 teaspoon of hot water in a medium bowl.
  • Add the cream, liqueur and vanilla sugar and beat with a mixer until the stirrers begin to form hard peaks.
  • Spread the cream on the marshmallows and roll up the roll with a sheet of baking paper.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
