Necessary products:

 

  • 400 grams of cocoa biscuits
  • 200 grams of melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon natural cocoa
  • 50 grams of butter biscuits, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons liquid caramel
  • 50 grams of tahini
  • 2-3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • aluminum or stretch film

 

Method of preparation:

 

Sprinkle a sheet of aluminum foil with powdered sugar. Put the dark biscuits in the blender bowl and grind them. Add the butter and cocoa.

Spread the dough evenly on the candied sheet, spread with tahini, caramel and garnish with the crushed butter biscuits.

Roll into a tight roll and cool for an hour or two. Cut, serve and enjoy the spectacular look and great taste.
