Required products :
1/2 teaspoon liquid cream
2 tablespoons milk
50 grams softened butter
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
2 egg yolks
250 grams dark chocolate
Method of preparation :
Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a water bath. Pour in the milk, add the butter and stir.
Pour the powdered sugar into the resulting mixture, pour the cream, stir and heat. Then add the yolks, stir again and the sauce is ready.
