Required products :
100 grams of dark chocolate
250 ml whipping cream
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
1 tablespoon rum
Method of preparation :
Melt the chocolate in a water bath and let it cool a bit. Whip the cream and mix it with the chocolate. Add a spoonful of powdered sugar and a spoonful of rum. Mix everything with a wire whisk until you get a uniform smooth consistency.
The glaze is ready. You can use in addition to fresh fruit desserts, vanilla pudding, pour eclairs and other delicacies.
