How To Cook Chocolate Semolina With Banana Mousse And Hazelnuts - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1/3 tea cup semolina
  • 2 teaspoons liquid chocolate
  • 1 banana
  • 100 grams of cream with a fat content of about 33%
  • 250 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • hazelnuts to taste

Method of preparation :

Pour the milk into a suitable container and bring to the boil. Gradually add the semolina to it, stirring quickly so that no lumps form. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens (about 5 minutes). Remove from the heat and add 2 teaspoons of liquid chocolate to the resulting porridge, close the container with a lid and leave for a while.

Make the banana mousse. Peel a banana, cut it into pieces, beat with a mixer, add lemon juice, cream, sugar and beat until smooth. Then pour into the saucepan.

Pour the porridge into a suitable container, sprinkle with crushed hazelnuts and serve with banana sauce.
