Pour the warmed milk (water, tea) into the bowl of a blender. Add the peeled and coarsely chopped banana, a handful of your favorite nuts, a broken chocolate (preferably black) and two tablespoons of coconut oil.
Then put the seeds (chia and flax), sweeten with maple syrup or honey. The vanilla extract will give a wonderful aroma, add it, and finally all the listed spices.
Grind everything and you will get a nice protein shake with a spicy chocolate taste.
