How To Cook Chocolate Smoothie With Coconut Oil, Nuts And Seeds - Recipe

Required products :

  • 4 tea cups of fresh milk (can be replaced with water or tea)
  • 1 banana
  • a handful of nuts of your choice
  • 1 chocolate (90-100 grams)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 teaspoon grated ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom
  • a little cayenne pepper

 

Method of preparation :

Pour the warmed milk (water, tea) into the bowl of a blender. Add the peeled and coarsely chopped banana, a handful of your favorite nuts, a broken chocolate (preferably black) and two tablespoons of coconut oil.

Then put the seeds (chia and flax), sweeten with maple syrup or honey. The vanilla extract will give a wonderful aroma, add it, and finally all the listed spices.

Grind everything and you will get a nice protein shake with a spicy chocolate taste.
