Necessary products:
100 grams of dark chocolate
100 grams of white chocolate
500 ml cream with a fat content of about 35%
150 grams of sugar
10 grams of gelatin
Method of preparation:
Dissolve the gelatin in 150 grams of hot water and leave for as long as indicated on the package. Then let it just boil, but not boil. Cool to room temperature. Melt the two types of chocolate separately in a water bath and cool to room temperature. Beat the cream with the sugar and divide the mixture into two parts. In one add white chocolate and 1/2 of gelatin, stir. In the other - dark chocolate, the remaining gelatin, stir.
Take a suitable glass, pour the white mixture on one side, the brown on the other. Put in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours. Optionally decorate with mint and serve.
