Grease muffin tins with oil and place them in the refrigerator.
Heat the dark chocolate with the cream and milk over medium heat. Bring to a boil and melt the chocolate.
Then add the yolks.
Beat the egg whites separately into a foam and start adding a little of the sugar, continuing to beat.
Add a quarter of the sweet foam to the chocolate mass, stir and then add the remaining amount.
Distribute the souffle in the prepared molds and bake at 190 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Make a cream by whipping the cream with the sugar and vanilla. Put it in the fridge while you take the souffle out of the oven.
When it is ready, sprinkle it with powdered sugar and serve with cream.
