Required products :

  • 450 grams of wheat flour
  • 80 grams of butter
  • 1 egg
  • 120 grams of sugar
  • 1.5 teaspoons fast-acting dry yeast
  • 160 milliliters of fresh milk
  • pinch of salt
  • chocolate paste for the filling
  • egg for spreading

Method of preparation :

Add the yeast to the warm milk. Sift the flour, pour in the sugar and salt, then add the butter and egg. Pour the prepared milk and knead a homogeneous dough. Shape it into a ball, place in a bowl, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for about 1 hour to rise. Then divide it into equal parts (about 60 grams each), flatten in the palm of your hand, put some of the chocolate paste in the middle and form round cakes or rolls. Spread with beaten egg, arrange in a pan, the bottom of which you have previously covered with greased baking paper and cover with a towel. Leave for 20 minutes and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15 - 20 minutes.

You can sprinkle the finished rolls with powdered sugar.
