Pour the milk into a small saucepan, add the sugar and let the mixture boil. Then add the chocolate, cocoa and stir.
Beat the softened butter with a mixer together with the chocolate mixture. Break the halva and biscuits into pieces about 0.5 cm in size.
Pour a few teaspoons of cognac or liqueur in the butter-chocolate combination, add the halva with the biscuits and mix all the products carefully. If desired, you can also use vanilla.
Put the resulting "dough" on a sheet of plastic wrap. Wrap, forming a roll, tie the ends and store the dessert in the refrigerator overnight.
