Necessary products

For caramel:

  • 120 grams of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 25 grams of butter
  • 120 milliliters of liquid cream
  • pinch of salt

For Ganaš cream:

  • 120 grams of chocolate
  • 120 milliliters of liquid cream
  • shortcrust pastry , to which add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder


Method of preparation :

Divide the shortcrust pastry into tartlet molds, bake and cool.

Pour the sugar into a saucepan, pour a tablespoon of water and cook until the desired color.

Heat the cream along with the caramel. When the sweet mass is ready, add the hot cream to it, stir with a wooden spoon and put the butter, cut into small pieces, a pinch of salt and mix well.

Fill the tartlets with the mixture and wait for it to cool.

Meanwhile, make the Ganache chocolate cream.

Boil the liquid cream, add the broken pieces of chocolate, wait two minutes and stir.

Spread over the caramel and the dessert is ready.

You can store in the refrigerator until the layers are firm.
