Required products :

  • 30 cookies
  • 250 grams of mascarpone
  • 350 milliliters of cream with a fat content of 30 - 35%
  • 2/3 tea cup powdered sugar
  • 4 tablespoons liqueur (if to be consumed by children, use syrup of choice)
  • 300 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 8 teaspoons of cocoa powder (3 of them are for sprinkling)
  • 1 teaspoon crystal sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanillin
  • 1/3 teaspoon a teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon dark rum (if it will be consumed by children, do not put)
  • 50 grams of chocolate

Method of preparation :

Dissolve 5 teaspoons of cocoa and crystal sugar in hot milk, add rum, vanilla and cinnamon. Bring the mixture to a boil and remove from the heat.

 

While the cocoa cools, beat the cream with the powdered sugar (you can add a whole cup of sugar if you prefer sweeter).

 

Put the mascarpone, first mix thoroughly with a fork, and when the mixture becomes homogeneous, you can turn on the mixer at low speed. Without stopping the whipping, pour the liqueur or syrup.

 

Prepare a suitable shape (for example, 20 cm x 30 cm x 5 cm). You should know that removing the dessert in portions after that is almost impossible, so choose a dish that looks good and you can serve the tiramisu directly in it. Dip each cookie in the chilled cocoa, but do not hold for long. Arrange a layer of them in the form.

 

Cover with cream and flatten.

 

Followed by a row of cookies and finish with the remaining cream.

 

Sprinkle with cocoa powder and grated chocolate.

 

To sprinkle the cocoa, use a sieve to distribute it evenly on the surface.

 

Wrap and tighten the form with foil, store in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours (maybe overnight).

 

Then remove the foil and you can serve immediately.

 

Use your imagination and decorate in an interesting way, for example, like a zebra.
