Necessary products:

  • 200 grams of milk powder
  • 50 grams of cocoa
  • 250 grams of sugar
  • 200 grams of butter

Method of preparation:

Pour 100 milliliters of water into a saucepan, put the sugar and let the mixture begin to boil slightly. When the water boils, add the butter and continue to cook, stirring, until the consistency begins to thicken (this takes about 20-30 minutes). Mix the powdered milk with the cocoa and separate a small part of the combination so that you can roll the truffles in it later. Add the sweet oily liquid to the base mixture. You may not need to use the full amount - stir until the mixture is loose. Then from it form balls the size of walnuts, roll them in a combination of milk powder and cocoa. You can also use chocolate shavings or ground walnuts.
