Method of preparation:
Put the almonds in a blender and grind finely. Then add the dates, coconut oil and sawdust, cocoa, salt and puree it.
Pour the mixture, form balls, arrange them on baking paper and cool for an hour.
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a water bath, glaze the candies, sprinkle with sea salt and refrigerate for another hour.
Arrange the truffles in a box of chocolates, serve and eat.
