Required products :

200 grams of milk chocolate
60 milliliters of high-fat liquid cream (33%)
1 egg yolk
50 grams of butter
1 teaspoon vanilla powder sugar
almonds or other nuts to taste
cocoa powder for rolling truffles

Necessary products :
Beat the cream with the powdered sugar, beat the yolk also, but separately.
Break the chocolate into small pieces, put in a bowl and melt it in a water bath.
When removed from the heat, add the cream, melted butter and beat. Thoroughly add the yolk, stir.
