How To Cook Chocolate Vegan Cake With Quinoa And Avocado - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 1/2 teaspoon quinoa
  • 2 teaspoons water
  • 175 grams of dates
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons whose
  • pinch of salt
  • 2-4 tablespoons sweetener or maple syrup if you want it to be healthier and sweeter

for cream:

  • 2 avocados
  • 4-6 tablespoons sweetener or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa
  • Fruits for decoration

Method of preparation :

Soak the quinoa for at least 15 minutes before using it, it is best to stay in the water for an hour or night.

Pour the quinoa into the blender jug, add the dates (make sure they are pitted), cocoa, baking powder, vanilla, salt, water and chia. This is the time to add the sweetener or maple syrup. Blend until smooth.

Line two baking trays with a diameter of 16 cm with baking paper. Divide the mixture in them and bake for 35-45 minutes at 180 degrees until the loaf is baked - until dry.

Allow the finished countertops to cool for 15 minutes before removing them.

Put the avocado, cocoa, sweetener / maple syrup and coconut oil in the blender. Blend until smooth and tender. It will be difficult at first, but do not add anything extra.

 

Assemble the cake and decorate as desired with berries or nuts.
